The Rules

Following home care instructions for extensions is recommended. Extensions can cause severe damage and hair loss if maintenance is not kept up and home care is not followed properly. The stylist and salon are not responsible for any damage that may occur. In the event that the extensions do get matted, there will be an additional hourly based charge added to the appointment to remove.

 

The stylist and salon are not responsible for any part of the extension coming loose or coming out after the client leaves the salon. There will be a complimentary follow-up appointment 2 weeks after initial install to answer questions you may have. All adjustments or repairs can be requested at the clients expense.

The stylist is a licensed technician who will try their best to create desired results, but there is no guarantee this will be achievable.

Services rendered are Non Refundable, since Stylist has carefully consulted and invested labor and product in providing an agreed upon service.

Returns and Refunds

Extensions are custom ordered for each client. The payment for hair is rendered at the time of booking the install appointment. Appointments cannot be held without payment. Once the payment is taken, there are no refunds for any reason for the hair purchase. If you need to cancel the install appointment for any reason, you can pick up the hair from the salon to keep. The cancellation time period applies. If payment cannot be collected for cancellation fees, the hair will be held until payment is made for any cancellation fees applicable. See cancellation policy.

Aysun Malta Salon operates under a strict "NO REFUNDS" policy for all services rendered. If a product is to be returned, you may exchange it for another product as long as less than half of the product is used.

Cancellation

All Cancellations should be done either over the phone or through your original email confirmation by selecting the MANAGE TAB down at the bottom, greater than 48 hours.

 

The cancellation fee and services are NON REFUNDABLE, & any adjustments to your service should be done within a 2-week time frame from your initial appointment.

RETAINERS are NON REFUNDABLE.

A 100% fee of service will occur if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment and a 50% fee of service will occur if canceled within 48 hrs regardless of the reason and is up to the discretion of the stylist. 25% of the service will be charged for all appointments being rescheduled after the 48 hour confirmation message. This charge is not to be applied to future appointments. A consultation is required for ALL color & hair extensions services.
No shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the services booked.

Cancellation

Late

In order to be able to perform effectively, and to be fair to other clients, the stylist will provide the services that fit in the time frame they have left from your booked appointment. If the stylist doesn’t have enough time to provide you with the full service you booked for, you will still be charged fully for your originally booked appointment.The grace period is always 15 minutes. If you are later than 15 minutes, & it affects the other appointments booked that day, you will be considered a NO SHOW. Your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of the services you were originally booked for.
